Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how you may request a refund or return for Enerliva products purchased through channels operated by Squibronxun. Specific retail partners may apply their own policies.

Eligibility

Unopened products in original packaging may qualify for refund within fourteen days of delivery, subject to inspection. Opened food supplement items may not be eligible for hygiene and safety reasons unless required by applicable consumer law.

How to request

Email help@squibronxun.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask for proof of purchase.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically initiated within ten business days of approval. Timing for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Shipping costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product confirmed by our process, you may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights available to you under the laws of your province or territory in Canada.
